Refund or Exchange
At Wilde Beauty Co., we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day refund or exchange policy from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:

- Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps and provide instructions for returning the product.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know your desired replacement. We will ship the new item once we receive the returned product.
Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label for the exchange or refund.
